Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong model. To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory. Without a clear unboxing video showing the issue, no return or exchange will be accepted.
  • Normal wear and tear, minor color differences, or size issues are not covered under return policy.

Return Period:
You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy:
If your watch is found damaged or defective upon delivery, we will offer a replacement of the same model (subject to availability). Our support team will assist you in completing the exchange process quickly.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available. Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
